How to make Kimchi

The following ingredients for making Kimchi:




A fresh cabbage

The onions are cut into small pieces

Carrots are cut into one fruit length

 Leaves under four sheets

1/2 kg white radish is cut into cubes

Fresh ginger ½ gram grated until smooth

Grated garlic 1/2 tbsp shredded

Fine salt 2 tsp

1/2 cup / 80 ml chili powder

Coarse salt ½ tbsp

120 ml boiled water

¼ glass fish sauce

Flour 1 tbsp



Stages of making Kimchi:

Cut mustard into four parts, then mix mustard with sea salt and water. Next, soak overnight. so that the solution seeps. After that washing mustard until clean.



The next step is to prepare the input flour and water pan, then stir until smooth. then boil until boiling. Lift let stand for a moment until cool.

Then the flour mixture is included in all prepared spices then stir until blended. after the spice mixture is applied to all all the white mustard surfaces.



Put mustard which has been seasoned in plastic containers / jars tightly closed and airtight. Then stored in a stable temperature room for two or three days. Can also be stored in the refrigerator for two days.
